She is a former elected member of local Government in Switzerland and has given Workshops at various places around the world including the Conference for Global Transformation in San Francisco.
Her vision: She nurtures a vision of a world where everybody lives with respect and kindness and feels at peace within their hearts.

Karin Bettina Gisler, born 1957, is married and lives in Zürich, Switzerland. Worked as a farmer, then trained and worked as a teacher. In 1987 trained as a professional actress with international teachers. Founded her own children's theatre company. Further trainings followed in psychology and expressive arts therapy.
Karin got to know Playback Theater in 1990 and immediately fell in love with this artform.
As a Playback Practitioner IPTN, founded, and since 1992 runs the professional company Playback-Theater Zürich.
Trainer in the German speaking School of Playback-Theater, the Russian Playback Association, the Centre of Playback-Theatre and the Arab School of Playback Theater. Works as an actress, conductor and Playback-Trainer worldwide (Afghanistan, Belgium, Burundi, Cuba, Egypt, Germany, Hungary, India, Lebanon, Philippines, Russia, Serbia, Sri Lanka, Ukraine.)
Her vision: That all people are united together and free.

Born in 1959 in Worms, Germany. Doctor for general and accident surgery. Consultant and trainer in a Health Care Sector.Head of Heidelberg Port Center. Deputy head of the Surgical outpatient clinic of the University of Heidelberg
Dr. Roland Hennes works as a senior physician in the Department of Surgery at the University Hospital of Heidelberg. With his expertise in the area of port surgery treatment of patients, he is internationally recognised as a capacity for patients with cancer and nutritional issues. He has developed recognized methodology in their treatment and is the editor of a holistic textbook dealing with set standards and procedures.
His vision: All human beings are responsible for their health. Experts from the health sector work together to meet the needs of the people to operate in the context of humanity and peace.

Tilia Novotny
Tilia Novotny, born in Zurich in 1993, studies psychology in the last semester of her bachelor's degree. She is self-employed as a make-up artist and is a qualified yoga teacher.
In 2015 Tilia Novotny visited the Gye-Nyame Kidz Foundation school project via Nimdy, where she taught yoga to children for four weeks, assisted the teachers and held short workshops with the teachers on the topics of boundries and 'development in early childhood'.

Ruedi Kyburz, an inspiring person with a great sense of humour and a great commitment to an immeasurable number of good causes, departed this life unexpectedly in the summer of 2019.
With his calm, competent and practical way he enriched our team in many ways and is lovingly remembered for his great work. We are profoundly grateful for his contribution and we sorely miss him.
